Terms of Service

Last revised: 2026

1. Nature of the service

advisortrain.com (the "Service") is a free educational platform, provided by Parsonex Enterprises, Inc., offering practice questions and study materials to help users prepare for professional financial services licensing examinations. The Service is not exam content itself, is not officially licensed by any credentialing body, and does not guarantee exam success.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Service is educational, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their situation. Nothing on the Service should be relied upon as personalized advice.

3. Not a substitute for official exam materials

Users should also consult the official exam sponsor's materials — for example FINRA test specifications, the CFP Board's exam blueprint, the CFA Institute's curriculum, or The American College's course materials — and should not rely solely on the Service for exam preparation.

4. Content ownership and third-party sources

Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. has compiled the content on the Service from various sources, some of which may be publicly available or licensed. Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. does not claim ownership of underlying regulatory rules or exam concepts, only of the compilation, organization, and presentation of that content.

5. User conduct

Users agree not to disrupt the Service, extract content in bulk for redistribution, use the Service for commercial purposes, or share their account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual property

Any user-generated content submitted through the Service (such as private study notes) may be used by Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. to improve the Service. Users retain rights to their own work.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, Parsonex Enterprises, Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to fifty dollars ($50).

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. against claims arising from their misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "last revised" date above updated accordingly.
